Requesting Refunds for purchases of our digital books

Return policies for digital products (eBooks, software, music) typically state that all sales are final upon delivery, as products cannot be returned once downloaded. Refunds are generally limited to technical defects, billing errors, or accidental duplicate purchases, often within 7-30 days.

• Final Sale/No Refunds: Standard for many digital goods, as they cannot be truly "returned".

• Conditional Refunds: Allowed only if the product is defective, cannot be downloaded, or does not match the description.
